Happy Birthday to my man!
Something’s wrong with this picture.
He noticed right away that I got the numbers in the wrong order.
Thank-you Holly for having us in your home for this special Birthday lunch.
My two girlies!
Jessica sent me this picture today saying, “Misty is like her Grandma!”
Today they were watching Shad and Grant play ball and Misty took her quilt along to knot. Misty I would of loved to be there helping you. I love your quilt. The colors go together so well. Primary colors are so eye catching.
Ethan, Queena, Dorie and James are making final preparations for their move to Malaysia. Plane tickets are bought, suitcases are waiting to be packed. I’m excited for them but when it comes right down to it half way around the world is a long way away.
But the big news of the day is:
This is wedding week!
A busy week indeed!
Next post will be of the big event!

I’m so excited about how God is blessing your family!! Another year with your man (my first thought was, “He looks a rather young 65! Haha…), children who will follow the Lord anywhere in the world He will lead them; adorable grandchildren who already love God, and a WEDDING!! Enjoy every minute of this wonderfully busy week to come!!
Blessings on your busy week.
My thoughts are with you this week. And I pray that all will go well. I’ve never really thought about it that Queena and Chris look alike, but I can sure see it now. And Misty had a lovely quilt. I too like the bright cheerful colors. She’s sure following in your footsteps!
Having children and especially grandchildren on the other side of the world is scary and sad and heart wrenching. Ours go back to Taiwan in Sept.
My son Travis and his wife Sarah (Diana’s first cousin) will be traveling out to Greenwood for the wedding this weekend. I like that they have a bit of a connection to my childhood community through Sarah’s family. I hope all goes well with the wedding, and I’ll be waiting for photos!
